Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. For custom furniture items, please allow an additional 5-7 days for production.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping times range from 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
White-Glove Service: For larger furniture pieces, we offer White-Glove delivery service. This includes in-home delivery, assembly, and placement of your furniture.
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional fees and extended delivery times may apply.
