Refund policy

At Wood Factory, we take pride in delivering high-quality cabinetry and woodworking products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policy described below.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for standard, non-custom products and under the following conditions:

Eligible Items

  • Must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, hardware, and accessories

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Items

Because of their nature, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products

  • Items built to customer measurements

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Installed, altered, or damaged products

  • Products showing signs of use, scratches, or modifications

  • Cut-to-size or modified materials

Custom cabinetry and woodworking items are final sale and non-refundable.

 


 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

  3. Email all documentation to: sales@woodfactorydesign.com

We will review the case and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged parts

  • A full or partial refund

  • Store credit

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or handling after delivery is not covered.

 


 

4. Return Process

If your item is eligible for return:

  1. Contact us at sales@woodfactorydesign.com to request authorization

  2. After approval, you will receive return instructions

  3. Items must be shipped back within 7 days after approval

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees

  • Items must be returned using a trackable shipping service

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If a return is due to a Wood Factory error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, etc.), we may cover or refund the shipping cost.

 


 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

 If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 If rejected:

We will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be reduced by restocking fees (up to 20%) depending on the product type

 


 

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for eligible, non-custom products.
Custom items cannot be exchanged or modified after production begins.

 


 

7. Order Cancellations

Standard products:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours as long as they have not shipped.

 Custom orders:

Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

 


 

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer absence:

  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fees

  • No refunds will be issued for items returned due to incorrect addresses
