Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

About Our Cabinets & Furniture

Yes. We’re a cabinet-making shop and we build our pieces with the same standards
we use on our job sites—solid construction, clean finishes, and careful packing for
delivery.

We offer both. Some items are ready-to-ship, and others are made-to-order. Each
product page will clearly show which option it is.

It depends on the product, but we commonly use furniture-grade plywood, solid wood
components where it matters, and durable finishes designed for daily use. If you’re
unsure, message us and we’ll confirm exactly what your item is made of.

Some products may include MDF in specific applications (like painted door panels or
decorative parts) when it’s the best choice for a smooth finish and stability. Product
pages will state the material.

Usually, yes. If you need a custom size, special cutouts, or a layout change, contact
us with your measurements and photos (if applicable). We’ll let you know what’s
possible and provide a quote.

Yes—matching sets are available for many styles. Reach out with what you’re trying
to match and we’ll help you build a cohesive look.

Ordering & Online Shopping

Order directly through the website. If you need a custom option, contact us first so wecan create a custom invoice or listing.

Yes. You’ll get an email confirmation after checkout, and updates when your order
moves into production (for made-to-order items) and when it ships.

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can usually help. Once production
starts, changes and cancellations may not be possible (or may require a fee) because
materials and labor are already committed.

Lead Times & Shipping

Lead time depends on whether the item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order. The
estimated timeframe is shown on each product page. If you’re on a deadline, message us before ordering.

Yes, we ship to most locations. Some oversized items ship via freight. Shipping
method and cost will appear at checkout (or we’ll provide a quote for large/custom
items).

We pack like we’re shipping to ourselves—protected corners, heavy-duty wrap,
reinforced boxes or crates when needed, and labeled for handling.

Please inspect your delivery right away and take photos of the box/packaging and the
product. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim and work on a solution quickly (repair parts, replacement, or other resolution depending on the situation).

Measurements & Fit

Double-check width, height, and depth on the product page and compare to your
space. If it’s going between walls, measure in multiple spots (walls aren’t always
perfectly straight).

For custom orders, yes. We can provide a simple drawing/spec sheet for approval
before we build.

Online orders are typically shipped for customer installation. If you’re local, ask us installation may be available depending on the project and schedule.

Finishes & Color

We do our best, but screens and lighting vary. If color must be exact, we recommend ordering a sample (if available) or contacting us for finish options.

Yes—many products can be ordered in different finishes. If you don’t see your finish online, message us.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on standard/non-custom items in new, unused condition within [X days] of delivery. Custom and made-to-order items are generally final sale because they’re built specifically for you.

Custom sizes, special-order finishes, modified items, clearance items, and anything installed or used.

Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to
our error or a verified defect.

Some returns may include a restocking fee for inspection, repacking, and payment
processing. If applicable, we’ll confirm the amount before you ship it back.

Contact us right away with photos. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it—quickly.

Warranty & Repairs

Yes. We stand behind our workmanship. Most products include a [X-year] limited
warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal residential
use.

Manufacturing defects, hardware issues from normal use, and structural problems
related to workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, scratches/dents after delivery, damage from improper
installation, misuse, water leaks, harsh chemicals, direct sunlight fading, or
modifications made by others.

Email us your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review
and propose the best solution (replacement part, repair guidance, or replacement
when necessary).

Care & Maintenance

Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads, bleach, ammonia, and
harsh degreasers. Wipe spills quickly—especially around sinks.

Yes—when properly installed and maintained. Just remember: standing water and leaks will damage any wood product over time.
